R&R Engineering (Rubano and Rubano) is owned and operated by Mike, and wife, Melissa Rubano. Mike has a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State in Engineering Mechanics and a Master's Degree from Penn State in Agricultural Engineering. Mike is a professional engineer (P.E.) currently licensed in Pennsylvania. Born in State College, PA, he and Melissa now live in Huntingdon County.

Melissa Rubano has a bachelor's degree in Animal Science from University of Delaware and a master's degree in production Horticulture from Penn State. Melissa worked at the USDA as a pasture and grazing support scientist for 14 years. Melissa now specializes in writing Manure Management, Nutrient Management, Odor Management and Conservation Plans. Originally from Delaware, Melissa has lived in Pennsylvania for 20 years.
